Cancellation policy

Prices: are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights; for less then 3 nights we apply a surchatge of about 10% of the listed prices.

Advanced payment: for reservations we ask for an advanced payment of 30% of the whole amount or we ask for credit card details as guarantee.

Rest payment: directely at the reception of the hotel
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is possible only on a written basis.

10 days prior arrival: no charge/free cancellation
from 10 days until 1 days prior to arrival: 50% of vacantion amount will be charged
from 1 day before the arrival or no-shows or later arrival we charge the whole amount of the stay!

Arrival/departure: on the day of arrival, rooms are available from 14:00 to 20:30 (arrivals after this time must be arranged);
On the day of departure, rooms must be left free no later than 11:00 a.m;
Daily room cleaning is guaranteed
3rd and 4th beds can be extra beds and/or sofa beds.
