Our apartment house is located only 60 meters from the main hotel and it is newly built in December 2015.
The apartment "Clarissa" is ca. 47-57 m2 big and dispose of a bedroom, a separate living room with double couch bed, a kitchen with all facilities. The bathroom is provided with toilet and shower.
The apartment has linens, towels, and every third day we do a general cleaning (some apartments have small balcony or terrace- only on request in according to availability).
